Testimonials
My husband and I were glad to have Nicole as our realtor. We are new
to the Fairfield County area and needed someone who could help us get
our arms around suburban living, especially for folks coming from New
York City. Nicole took the time to show us around. I find her a very
good people reader and listener - which I think any home buyer will
appreciate when your realtor takes cues so well.
More importantly, Nicole respected our wishes and helped us find our
home which came in under our budget. Now that I understand her working
style, I think she's the type who will either lead or play more of a
support role depending on her clients' needs. For us, we needed help
in the negotiation process. Nicole guided us to a reasonable offer
which led to an overall pleasant buying process. Also, knowing we are
first time home buyers, Nicole was pretty meticulous about pointing
out things we should know about (or take actions on) and helped us
prioritize. Overall, she interacted with all parties in a professional
manner and I believe she genuinely puts her client's interests first.
I would also like to share my experience after our contract was
signed. We had a service provider who we wanted to do some work on the
house. I had difficulty meeting this service provider during the week.
Nicole offered to go to the appointment for us. She didn't have to do
this at all - yet she went above and beyond what was expected.
Just wanted to say we couldn't thank her enough for helping us out
when we needed it.

"Rosa and I just want to thank you for all of your help.
While we generally knew the area since we both grew up
in Fairfield County, the in depth understanding of New
Canaan and the properties you provided was a wonderful
assistance in the process. My wife and I were impressed
with your knowledge of the property and the questions
asked to help us in our final decision. We never felt
the pressure to buy. Once the offer was made we felt you
were a true advocate for us in the negotiations. We
always appreciated all the help that you and Barbara
Cleary Realty provided us. We love the town of New
Canaan and we love that we've become close friends
because of this transaction. Thank you again for your
help."
